Post-Show Update  (posted 1st July)

What a great Show we had in 2010 – the best ever!  The Committee wish to thank all the sponsors, exhibitors, trade stands, general public and especially all those who gave of their valuable time to help to organise this premier event in the Armagh City & District Council area.  The Committee look forward to welcoming everyone again in 2011

It’s Just a Perfect Day!  (posted 8th June)

Weather forecast looks good for Saturday.  Hopefully, we have been lucky again at Gosford and can guarantee a great day out for all the family.  The recent showers will have created better conditions in the horse field particularly for the show jumping, working hunter and the mounted pony games.  There is also a big show of cattle, sheep, goats and pigs and the trade stands have increased markedly – we are now bursting at the seams!  The popular Home Industries Exhibit is looking good and the Dog Show is attracting a lot of enquiries.  There is also lots of attractions to suit everyone’s taste and interest, so come and enjoy the craic at the ARMAGH COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SHOW on SATURDAY 12th JUNE at GOSFORD FOREST PARK commencing at 9.00am

No more entries (posted 7th June)

Sorry folks, entries for home industries, livestock and equestrian classes have now closed so please do not contact the office as this takes up valuable time and we are extremely busy in the run-up to the Show on Saturday.  We have a bumper entry in all sections so if you have not made the deadline, come along and enjoy viewing the competitions.  The only entries accepted on Show Day are for the affiliated Show Jumping and for the Dog Show.  See you all on Saturday

Show Schedules (posted 10th May 2010)

What a horrendous few weeks we have had with the website crashing and the added pressure of getting the Schedules printed – late as usual – my fault and not Trimprint!   But, 1000 Schedules are now being posted to potential exhibitors and the details will also be available on the website in the Forms page by this weekend.   If you intend to enter the Classes at the Show, please return the entries promptly as the closing date is 1st June and a surcharge of £5 for those of you who, like me, leave it to the last minute!
